Simple Energy Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1/2 Llarge avocado
  • 1/2 cup Coconut & almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. Spirulina
  • sprig Fresh mint Optional
  • dash Vanilla essence Optional
  • dash Honey or date syrup Optional

Instructions

  • Mix all the above ingredients in a blender. Be sure to add iceif you like your drink cold. If the mixture is too thick, you can add ice orwater. Sweeten as needed.
  • Enjoy
